Privacy policy

This policy explains how Safe to Feel collects and uses personal data through this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect and why

Booking and contact requests. When you send a booking, reservation or contact form we receive your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, the session or event you are interested in and any message you choose to write. We use this only to reply to you and, if you decide to book, to arrange and manage your sessions. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, once you book, the steps needed to provide the service you requested (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Please do not include sensitive information, such as details about your health, in the form. It is not needed to reply to your request.

Letters (email list). If you join the email list we receive your email address and use it to send occasional reflections, practices and news about Safe to Feel. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Every email includes a link to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us to be removed at any time.

How long we keep it

Booking and contact requests are kept for as long as needed to reply and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required by law. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Who else receives it

We never sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements:

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking technologies of any kind: no analytics, no advertising and no social media trackers. Fonts are served from this website itself, so your visit is not shared with Google or any other font provider.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent (without affecting anything done before you withdrew it). Just write to einatdot@gmail.com.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es.
